Serve

The third part of our mission is “Serving As Christ”.  With this last part of our mission we take those who are continually growing in their faith and allow them to put their faith in action by serving.  We love to see people using the gifts that God has given them to serve as Christ and spread the news of the Gospel.

Global Missions

A large portion of our church budget each year goes to supporting individual missionaries from around the world.  These missionaries are serving as close as the United States to as far away as Ukraine and Japan!  Our missions committee is very involved in keeping up communication with our missionaries as well as determining ways in which we can best support them.

Local Missions

Local missions is one of the biggest ways we try to serve as Jesus served.  We have several different missions that we do on a regular basis: our park outreach as well as the Oasis outreach.  In both of these ways we go downtown and serve a meal to whomever comes as well as sharing God’s Word.

In Our Church

There are so many opportunities to get involved in our church.  As we said above, we love seeing people using the gifts that God has given them to serve the church.  For a list of opportunities in which you can serve please contact our church office or come by our bulletin in the foyer.  We would love to get you plugged in somewhere!
